Information collected about our Users is of two types: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific User. When you engage in certain activities on the Website, such as creating an account, ordering products or services from us or our partners, submitting reviews or other content, filling out a survey, sending us or our partners feedback, requesting information about our services, submitting an affiliate agreement or signing up for special offers from third parties through the Website, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), e mail address, telephone number and date of birth. When you order products or services, we may also ask you to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date and authentication codes or related information. Depending on the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide is mandatory and some is voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory information for a particular activity that requires it, you will not be permitted to engage in that activity.
We use Personally Identifiable Information to provide products and services to you, enhance the operation of the Website, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyze Website use, improve our product and service offerings, and to tailor your experience with third parties. In addition, if you use the Website to send information or a product to another person, we may store your personal information and the personal information of any recipients. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, resolve disputes, accomplish administrative tasks, contact you, enforce our agreements with you, including our Website Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable laws, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific User. This type of information may include, but is not limited to, the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before coming to our Website, the URL of the website you visit after leaving our Website, the type of browser you are using and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. We and our authorized third party service providers and advertisers may automatically collect this information when you visit the Website through the use of electronic tools like cookies, session IDs, gifs, web beacons or pixel tags, as described in more detail below.
We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, administer the Website, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable laws and cooperate with law enforcement activities. We may also share this information with our authorized third party service providers and advertisers to measure the overall effectiveness of our online advertising, content, and programming.
4. Release of Personally Identifiable Information
We will not share, sell or trade your Personally Identifiable Information with other parties except as provided below:
We may share your information with Merchants. From time to time, we provide offers from particular merchants (“Merchants”) who, as part of the offer of a product or service, request information on the Users who purchased the offer in order to aid redemption. In those cases, we share some of your Personally Identifiable Information with our Merchants. This information may allow a Merchant to market directly to you should they choose to do so. We only share Personally Identifiable Information with a Merchant if you purchase a product or service from that Merchant through the Website. Though the terms of the agreements between us and our Merchants permit the use of Personally Identifiable Information only for the purposes of completing the transaction between our Users and the Merchant, the actions of our Merchants are not in our control and we are not responsible or liable for the actions of any of our Merchants.
We may share your information with Publishers. From time to time, we may partner with third parties to promote offers from certain Merchants (“Publishers”). In such cases, we may share some of your Personally Identifiable Information with one or more Publishers, who may use the information to market directly to you. We will only share Personally Identifiable Information with a Publisher if you have participated in a transaction with that Publisher or have otherwise agreed that your information may be shared. You can opt out of such information sharing at any time. The actions of our Publishers are not in our control and we are not responsible or liable for the actions of any of our Publishers.
We may share your information with authorized third party service providers. Some of the functions of our Website are provided through third parties with whom we contract. These third party service providers perform functions on our behalf, including but not limited to e mailing, other correspondence, shipping, data analysis, marketing, management of customer lists, payment processing, Website design, hosting and management, troubleshooting and customer service. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with such service providers to allow them to provide the services for which they have been contracted. For example, when you purchase a product or service through the Website, we release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment and, if applicable, release your address to the delivery service to deliver the product or service. Our service providers have their own privacy policies regarding the use of your Personally Identifiable Information, and the actions of such service providers are outside of our control. We are not responsible or liable for the actions of such service providers.
We may remarket your information. Remarketing is one way that we reconnect with our Users. We may hire third-party marketing vendors to perform remarketing services. As a result, third-party vendors, including but not limited to Google, may show ads for our Website on other sites on the internet. Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on a User's prior visits to our Website. This information is used only for remarketing purposes and will not be used by such third-party vendors for any other purposes.
We may share your information in the event of a business transfer. In the future, we may merge with or be acquired by another company. If this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we maintain, including Personally Identifiable Information, although such Personally Identifiable Information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy.
We may share your information for our protection and the protection of others. We reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information when we determine that such disclosure is required by law or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website; to protect the interests or safety of other Users of our Website or any third parties; or to enforce the terms of this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use or other agreements.
5. Release of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may disclose or share Non-Personally Identifiable Information with any of our partners, affiliates and advertisers. We may share aggregated demographic information (which does not include any Personally Identifiable Information) with third party advertisers or third party advertising companies and other parties as follows:
We may use third party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Website. These companies may use Non-Personally Identifiable Information about your visits to this Website and to other websites in order to provide, through the use of network tags, advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
We may also use third party service providers to track and analyze Non-Personally Identifiable usage and volume statistical information from our Users to administer our Website and improve its quality. We may also use or publish this information for promotional purposes or as a representative audience for our advertisers. This information does not include any Personally Identifiable Information, only general summaries of the activities of our Users. Such data is collected on our behalf, and is owned and used by us.
6. Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Data.
Cookies. A “cookie” is a small text file that we save on your computer’s hard drive that contains information about you (including ,in some cases, Personally Identifiable Information). Cookies help to give you faster access to pages you have already visited and also allow you to personalize your pages and optimize your experience at our Website. We use cookies to help us figure out how many people visit the Website, which portions of the Website they visit, and how long such visits last. This information helps us figure out which of the features we offer are successful and where there is room for improvement. We may also use third party advertising companies to display advertisements on our Website. As part of their service, they may place separate cookies on your computer. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by our Website only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertiser. We have no access to or control over the cookies of any third party advertising companies. You can disable cookies on your computer by indicating this in the preferences or options menus in your browser, however, disabling cookies may prevent you from properly using our Website.
Session IDs. “Session IDs” allow us to identify a particular User across multiple web page requests. This Session ID is maintained within your cookie file, where possible. If cookies are not enabled, or if your Internet browser does not support cookies then we will place the Session ID in the requested web page. This allows you to avoid having to continually re-enter your account name, password and other information every time you visit a new page of the Website. The Session ID expires when you close your Internet browser.
Other Tracking Devices. We may use other tracking technologies like gifs, pixel tags and web beacons to track your use of our Website pages and promotions. We may also allow our third party service providers to use these devices on our behalf. Gifs, pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images placed on certain pages on our Website or in our e mails that allow us to determine whether you have performed a specific action. When you access these pages or open or click an e mail, a Non-Personally Identifiable notice of that action is generated. These tracking technologies allow us to measure and improve our understanding of visitor traffic and behavior on our Website, as well as give us a way to measure our promotions and performance. We may also utilize these and similar tracking technologies provided by our affiliates for the same or similar purposes.
7. User Choices on Collection and Use of Information
You may choose not to provide information to us, although your refusal to provide requested information may prevent you from using our Website.
As a condition of purchase of our products and services, we will send you administrative and promotional e mails. These e mails may include information regarding your account activity and purchases as well as updates about our products and promotional offers. You may choose to opt out of some, but not all, of our e mails. You may choose to opt out of promotional e mails from us and our affiliates by changing your user account settings, e mailing us as info@apexdecorgroup.com or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any emails for which opting out is allowed.

Please indicate your name, address and e mail address, and what information you would like to update.
You may request to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on the Website. In addition, it may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information because we periodically backup information.
If you choose to store credit card information on the Website, such information is stored on a secure page. You may delete your credit card information at any time by going to the “account settings” section of our Website.
9. Security of Information
The security of your information is very important to us, and we take numerous precautions to protect the security of all information you provide to us. You may only access your Personally Identifiable Information on our Website by entering your e mail address and a personal password. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. Your Personally Identifiable Information resides on a secure server that only selected personnel of us and our third party service providers have access to. We encrypt certain sensitive information (such as credit card information) using Secure Socket Layer technology to ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information is safe as it is transmitted to us and from us to any third party service providers.
Despite the precautions described above, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personally Identifiable Information and seek to partner with other companies which do the same, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from our Website, and we expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for the actions of any third parties that may receive any such information.

The websites that may be linked from or otherwise accessible through our Website have their own policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, and such policies may differ substantially from this Privacy Policy.
